Big Pedal 2021 Results!

67.5% of the school travelled to school by walking, biking or scooting across our best 5 days over the 2weeks. We had 55.6% supporters join in.

From the 15th March, Claire Bower from St Mark's Church and Emily Nelson will be taking in donations and packing up hampers for families who need a little extra support in these challenging times.

They are always looking for donations.

Where: St. Mark’s Church, Rawcliffe
Day: Every Monday from 15th March
When: Between 1:30 & 2:15pm

The hampers will be distributed by the school on the same day so fresh food (bread, eggs, fruit, veg) is appreciated as well as non perishable items (pasta, pasta sauce, beans, rice pudding etc).

16th out of 45 schools in Yorkshire and the Humber.
6th out of 9 schools in York.

The Big Pedal begins tomorrow- Monday 19th-Friday 30th April!

All you need to do is encourage your child(ren) to cycle, scoot or walk to school every day during the event, and join them on their way – parent and sibling journeys count too! Supporter journeys count towards our grand total of journeys. We’ll be competing against other schools right across the UK.

Family Competition- All you need to do is take a photo or a short video of your child(ren) taking part in the Big Pedal. Post it to Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, tag @Sustrans and use #BigPedalWin.
